EXPERIENCE:

Brett trained and worked as a mechanical engineer and design engineer with Fluor Daniel Engineering and Construction (“Fluor Corp”) in Chicago, IL. Through Fluor Corp, Brett has significant experience in process design and construction, as well as construction management as a project engineer and construction manager. www.fluor.com

Following Fluor Corp, Brett joined in a private partnership and worked as a consulting engineer and project manager.  Brett has extensively traveled for projects throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Africa and the Caribbean.

During Brett’s consulting practice he developed an interest in investing and developing real estate projects.  Brett obtained his real estate brokers license and has substantial experience in developing projects from conception, to finance, through construction, sales and management.  Brett has experience in all aspects of residential, retail, industrial and investment real estate projects. Brett has ownership interests in, has developed and manages over $10,000,000 in commercial properties in Central Florida (retail centers, warehouses, office, orange groves, etc).

Brett is a volunteer and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Lighthouse Ministries. This year he is serving as Chairman of the Executive Committee and the Industry & Education Committee:
